Built inside a working ceramics studio

Made around the realities of clay, classes, and community.

MUD Manage is tested in the same rooms where we teach, throw, fire work, and support members every day.

The useful parts, without the bloat

Your daily studio work, connected.

MUD Manage starts with the operating core. We configure the details around your policies, language, membership model, and class schedule.

Members + waitlist

See active members, upcoming starts, pauses, cancellations, and your waitlist in one clean view.

Classes

Add and run your class calendar, enrollment, teachers, pay, discounts, and reusable student emails.

Studio data

Understand who is joining and leaving, membership movement, class health, and revenue trends.

Stripe payments

Your studio owns its Stripe account. We configure monthly membership billing and class checkout around you.

Clear communication

Approved templates keep recurring member, student, and teacher communication consistent.

Team time

Simple time tracking gives staff an easy clock-in view and gives owners a dependable record.

How it works

Not a login and a luck wish.

You get a working partner through the setup—and after launch.

  1. 01

    Map the way you run

We learn your member journey, class operation, team roles, policies, current tools, and the things held together by spreadsheets.

  2. 02

    Shape your system

We configure your console, payment flow, class site, studio language, templates, and any safe data migration in scope.

  3. 03

    Test it together

Your real workflows run through a private preview. We train the people who will use it and fix what does not fit.

  4. 04

    Launch with support

Most studios can launch in 2–4 weeks. We stay involved for maintenance, improvements, and the inevitable edge cases.

Founding studio pricing

One clear monthly price.

A smaller implementation fee gets your tailored system live. Then one predictable monthly price covers the platform and ongoing support.

One-time implementationfrom $2,500

Discovery, configuration, Stripe setup, class website, data migration planning, testing, and team training.

MUD Manage platform$500 / month

For single-location studios with up to 200 active members. Custom pricing is available for larger studios.

No MUD Manage transaction fee. Your studio pays Stripe's standard payment-processing fees directly. Complex migrations, additional locations, growth services, and out-of-scope custom work are quoted separately.

Illustrated portrait of Austin Danson
“I built the first version because I needed it to run MUD. I've spent about 20 years in ceramics studios, so we'll start with how your studio actually works—not a software sales script.”
